What is a brand? Why do I need one?

This is a question that often comes up when I chat with small business owners. For many, a “brand” is something only the big guys do. Nothing could be more wrong!

Although it might seem like a daunting task, creating a winning brand is simple. It only needs three things:

· ask the right question: as a business owner, ask yourself who you are, who is your audience, why you do what you do.

· application: don’t do things on a whim. Plan your steps

· perseverance: Rome wasn’t built in a day! You’re bound make mistakes, so learn from them. There is no failure, there is only experience!
